Check-in/Check-out

Your accommodation is available at 14:00 hrs on day of arrival and must be vacated at 11:00 hrs on day of departure.

Linen and Towels

Linen and Towels( one bath and one face towel per person) are  supplied as part of your booking and changed every three days. However, the booking is for self- catering and basic consumables, such as bathroom soap are not supplied. Toilet paper is supplied(reasonable quantity), dish soap and sponge is supplied.

Kitchen facilities

All studios have a Kitchenette with a mini Fridge, a two Ring Electric Stove, Cooking Utensils, Cutlery, Electric Kettle and Toaster.

Maid Service

Maid Service is every day except Sundays. Maid service is between 10:00 hrs and noon hrs.

On Arrival

On arrival, please identify any concerns that you may have with the studio, so we can  rectify the matter as soon as possible.

Air Conditioning

Air conditioning is on a key system and power to the air conditioning unit is automatically cut when guests exit the studio apartment.

Smoking Policy

We request that you do not smoke inside the studios,  however, smoking is permitted in the outside areas.

Sewage Concern

DO NOT FLUSH anything in the toilet. No feminine products or toilet paper should be flushed at any time. Please use the bins in each toilet. If it is found that something has been flushed and the septic system is clogged, damages fee will be charged.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the studios, with no exception.

Cancellations

It is agreed between us that should you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or that the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment then the following shall apply: cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival the deposit payment shall be refunded minus 10% administration fee. Cancellations that are placed within 60 days of arrival, the deposit payment will not be refunded.

Cancellations or Alterations by Owner

Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it could occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to us for the property but we will not be liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.

Substitution

Three Brothers Studios reserves the right to substitute comparable or better accommodations, without liability, should the studio reserved be out of order, been inadvertently double-booked, or be deemed substandard by us for any reason. If comparable accommodations are not available, Guest will receive a complete refund.

Insurance

You are strongly advised to take out an insurance travel policy for holiday cancellation, flight delays, for medical, and loss of personal goods (e.g. burglary, fire etc.), since you will not be covered by the Three Brothers Studios policy.

Damages to Property

You are responsible for any breakages, losses or damage to your accommodation during your stay and will be asked to pay for any necessary repairs or replacements before leaving.

Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse to accept you as a client or to continue dealing with you if, in our opinion, your behaviour is disruptive and is causing or is likely to cause damage to property. If we do this, we will not be responsible for any extra costs which you incur.

Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage to guests caused by acts of God, natural disasters, acts of governments, wars, terrorist activity, fire or any other reason beyond our cont
